What we are looking for
Provide thought leadership, advice and guidance on how security architecture is practiced by IT professionals
Act as a security evangelist, presenting concepts and instruction to end users and assisting projects with any security-related communications as required
Conduct thorough and ongoing security audits of the Information Technology and Operations Technology-Portfolio identifying risks and mitigations
Support both IT-and OT-Service-Owners by identifying security improvement opportunities, designing and overseeing implementation with focus on security
Work in close collaboration with our Cyber Defence Center and our IT/OT Security Operations Center
Analyze OT related security events, security risks and vulnerabilities forwarded or identified by the Security Operations Center
Analyze security risks and judge impacts on the operational assets (assets that are at risk)
Investigate and qualify security incidents (IT/OT)
Recommend and support the implementation of actions to mitigate security incidents (IT/OT)
Design and approve architectural solutions that ensure an appropriate balance between security requirements and business flexibility
Ensure pro-active information flow between the architecture and security community, project organization and external partners over the respective program and project status
Develop and align short and long-term strategic technology roadmaps interlinked with wider Information Security governance and initiatives
Deliver or technically validate information security designs and governance processes
Who we are seeking
Proven strong conceptual and analytic skills
Certifications in TOGAF, CISSP and/or significant experience with information security industry standards and tools
Solid understanding of IT/OT information security principles, standards, practices and technologies
Specialist in security architecture, from an E2E perspective across all aspects of architecture practice
A deep and wide technical background across multiple IT domains, in particular Application and Cloud security (MS Azure)
A proven ability to make pragmatic tactical decisions whilst still aligning with the business and technology strategy
A clear understanding and experience of implementing architecture frameworks and enterprise level architecture and design
Ability to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff at all levels in an articulate, engaging, and confident manner
Fluent spoken English (required) and German (optional)
